By accessing or using All Your Universes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

All Your Universes is an AI-powered personalized storytelling platform that generates unique narrative content based on user-provided data and preferences. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create stories, characters, and interactive narratives.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All stories, characters, dialogue, and narrative elements produced by All Your Universes are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unexpected outputs. The Service does not guarantee that generated content will be factually accurate or free from errors.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content is creative fiction and should not be relied upon for factual information, professional advice, or decision-making.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

5. User Data and Content

You may provide personal data, preferences, memories, and media ("User Content") to personalize your stories. By providing User Content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for generating your stories. You retain all rights to your User Content.

We do not use your User Content to train AI models. Your personal data is processed only to deliver the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Generated Stories

Stories generated through the Service are created for your personal use. You may download, share, and use your generated stories for non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of AI-generated content as solely human-created work without disclosure.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to bypass content safety filters
• Use prompt injection or adversarial inputs
• Share accounts or resell access
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

9. Content Safety

We employ automated content safety systems to prevent the generation of harmful content. We reserve the right to refuse, flag, or remove content that violates our safety policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
